Leora will describe the high points and low points of the argument before the Supreme Court reviewing Colorado’s decision to remove Trump from the ballot based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. She will also discuss other cases the Court will review this Term, including two cases that will decide when a public official’s social media account is sufficiently connected to their government position that its use is state action subject to First Amendment restrictions.
